As far as I know regulations as the same as last years (Beno will probably be able to confirm though smaller details are yet to be confirmed).

Entry prices are $80.00 and you must be a current financial members. Co-Drivers are at $20.00 each, (though they do not get extra runs, they take your turn).

The hotel we are staying at is the Country Home Motor Inn. We have reserved the whole complex for both the Friday and Saturday night. Get in quick as i'm sure they will fill up quickly!

Ph: (03) 5821 7711

We will be discussing details at the next committee meeting. Any people wishing to help on the day are welcome to come along too!

Also entry forms will be sent out in the next week or so

Thats all I have in my head atm, feel free to ask questions and i'm sure we ill try and answer if we know!!

Entry forms are being sent out in the next hour. :D

If anyone has any questions about the entry \ day planned, please let me know.
In short, there will be 3 courses we will be running.
- Knock out Go to Whoa
- The Avenue
- and back by popular demand, Stormy's surprise

This will also allow for timed 'expression sessions \ freestyle' in the afternoon, all going to plan we may have over 2 hours of expression sessions - so bring your spare tyres along :)

Hopefully everyone has their accommodation booked, as there are only a couple of rooms still remaining.

Only 10 more sleeps!!!

Eastside Cruisers DECA Day - Saturday the 30th November 2013
You all asked for another DECA day and here it is! On Saturday the 30th of November we will be running the 11th Eastside Cruisers DECA drive day at Shepparton. Below is a breakdown of the information you need for the day but you can also refer to the attached documents for all that you need:

This is a Club Members Only Event

(1 Day Event / Weekend Away)
DECA Training Centre, Shepparton
THREE timed driving courses!

● Entrants and Co-Drivers will only be timed in their own entered car (they can drive other cars, but won’t be timed)
● Test your driving skill and your cars limits in a safe off-street environment
● Trophies up for grabs for the fastest times in each event
● Open exhausts allowed!
● All cars must have current rego, Fire Extinguisher and will have to pass a basic scrutineering check
● This is an alcohol free event during the day (breathalyser on site for entrants)
● The club BBQ trailer will be there providing egg and bacon rolls in the morning for $3, sausages at lunch time for $2 each and drinks will be $1.
● Make it a great social weekend – like last year many members will head up on the Friday and stay Friday and Saturday nights and stay at the Southgate Motor Inn or Country Home Motor Inn (http://www.countryhomemotorinn.com.au/) still have rooms available I believe.

What’s Happening on the day;
● Gates Open: 8:00am
● Scrutineering: 8:00am onwards
● Drivers Briefing: 8.30am
● Events Start: 9:00am (inc basketball court being open for skids until lunchtime for practice)
● Lunch: 12.00noon
● Events Finish: 4:30pm
● Gates close: 5:00pm

Prices:
Thanks to LP Bodyworks, the ESC DECA drive day is sponsored which in turn reduces costs for your entry:
● Entrants (Current Members Only) $80
● Co Drivers (Members and/or partners) $20
● Spectators FREE
● Entries must be paid in full by the 26st of November

Just as a reminder, this is a members only event so you need to be a paid up Eastside member to be able to attend.

Any questions, please feel free to email or call me on 0438 004469.
