Just a reminder to all that with daylight savings starting this weekend means that Knox Cruise Nights are back again!

The first one for the season is next Tuesday the 9th of October. Starts approx 5.30-6pm Gold coin donation for entry

Hopefully its a good one, and that the weather can only get better from here :)

Any news from Southerns regarding the heavy police and EPA presence continuing this season or not?

It was a pretty quiet night with maybe only 100 cars or so. I guess most people were waiting to see if the police made a presence again, they did circle through the car park numerous times but didn't pull anyone over. Looking forward to next month now.

The only time the police took interest was when Brenton was rolling through the car park in the Torana after they just took it off the trailer...

was a good night, first one for this season so not as many cars, there was a police presence, unmarked white Commmodore wagon and a marked car doing laps, a grey Commodore with a car bra got pulled over on Burwood Hwy as he was leaving, also some attention given Brenton in PROPAIN with pipes off that was trailored in but loud as hell, no action taken. They were just looking out for obvious stuff, everyone else was left alone.

had a great night! was a shame that the rain ended up scaring lots of people aaway early, police presence wasnt heavy handed or over the top (Brenton got a talking to for being a bit over the noise limit but they didnt do anything about it so all good :) ) so hopefully next month it should be back to its old self so long as the weather is good! :D :D

As I mentioned to you yesterday ISO, If someone wanted to collect the BBQ Trailer I would of arranged to make it available for them. This goes for any ESC event, just cause it is stored at my work does not mean it is not available for any other member to collect it.

So who went along to the cruise night, was it a good turn out?

I went along with the boys in the desoto, they are no longer letting cars on trailers in (i believe garth got denied entry with his camaro on the trailer). It was pretty good weather for it though id take a stab and say there were less cars there than last month? think we only stayed till a little after 8pm and even then a large amount of cars has already left. As for police presence I didnt see any although there was apparently a highway patrol car cruising round but that was it!!
